SIX SIGMA “Green Belts” to operate effectively
under the supervision of a “Black Belt” for continuous
improvement. Groups of up to twelve persons can be trained.

• Simple comparisons of two means
• Comparisons of variability
• Analysis of variance ANOVA
• Simple regression and correlation
• Multiple regression and coefficient of determination
• Forecasting
• Non parametric methods
• Application of tools for a project discussion

Module 3 (4 days) Syllabus for the analyse improve and control phase

• Current project feedback
• Design of experiment (DOE) planning and organisation
• Block designs
• Factorial designs
• Screening designs (Taguchi, Plackett-Burman)
• Monitoring methods
• Gantt charts and Critical Path Analysis.
• Determining project profitability
• Project evaluation and reporting

Participants are expected to use the techniques for continuous
improvement, so that the company profits from the green belt
training. ITQA will provide mentoring for the participants
when required.

SIX SIGMA Black belt training is provided to the AmericanSociety for Quality ASQ body of knowledge.
Students are encouraged to complete suitable projects and sit the internationally recognized examination.
